Hudson Valley Rib Fest - New Paltz, NY

Wow.....What a festival! We left Friday, Aug. 19th for N.Y.C. to do the rib fest in New Paltz which is close to the city. The BBQ show was held on Saturday and Sunday. It was the best organized show that we have ever been to. Kudos to the people involved. We can't wait until next year to do it again. In fact, we may do more BBQ festivals just because we had so much fun at this one! Everyone loved our Confederate BBQ sauce because it was so different and we sold so many rubs and spices that we ran out. We made many new friends, met some old friends, and best of all, have some great new customers! BBQ circut, here we come!
