OUR 100% PURE MAPLE SYRUPTaste the difference of our all natural maple syrupOur pure maple syrup is a sweet sensation that your taste buds will never forget. When the spring temperatures reach 40 degrees or more during the day and freezes at night, the maple tree produces a sap that resembles a clear, thin liquid. When the trees are tapped, the liquid that is produced is boiled down. It takes approximately 40 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of our 100% pure maple syrup. Baldwin Hill Farms carefully bottles pints, quarts, 1/2 gallon and gallon jugs of this liquid gold. There are three grades that are usually sold to the public, light amber, medium amber and dark amber. The light amber is the first few runs of the year and is the purest sap with the lightest maple flavor. The medium amber has a little more color and more of a maple taste. The dark amber has the most maple flavor. All three products have the same quality, are produced the same way and have the same thickness. The most popular use of our all natural maple syrup is on pancakes but look for other recipes that are posted on this website
